Shipping policy

All listed prices are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the product prices listed on our website do not include the cost of shipping the product from our warehouse to your location.

We keep most of the products that we sell in stock in our warehouses. This means that we will be able to ship most orders the same day they are received, provided they are received before 12:00 p.m. local time.

We ship most products via FedEx Ground, however we also utilize other carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure the best cost and transit time for your order. Shipping times will vary from next day to 5 days, depending on your location.

Items that are large in dimensional size or weight will be shipped via a less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier. We will always obtain at least two shipping quotes to ensure you are getting the best shipping rate available. Be sure to let us know if the shipment will be going to a residential address or if you will need “lift gate” service on your LTL shipment to drop your product from the truck to the ground.
